Our Returns Policy
We get it! Sometimes, you will buy something thinking it will work for you, but it doesn’t. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below.
- In case you feel that a Vivo Apparel item you purchased doesn't perform the way you want or expect, please let us know by reaching out to us at customercare@vivowoman.com.

Marietta, GA 30065Once you've mailed the package, kindly email us the USPS tracking number so we can monitor the return and confirm its delivery.
Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of delivery confirmation from the postal service.
- Any unwashed/unaltered item can be returned
- If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, you can return then we can only refund to the original mode of payment.
- For all other scenarios, customers are responsible for paying for a return label. Once your return is received, your refund will be issued.
- Please note, we cannot assume responsibility for lost return shipments. We are unable to credit any original shipping charges that you paid unless the return was a result of our error.
