Job Description
The Store Manager is responsible for achieving store revenue and profitability targets, as well as representing Vivo Fashion Group and ensuring high quality standards in the day-to-day operations of the store. This job requires a high level of obsessive attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of data and records at all times while promoting operational efficiency. The store manager should be 100% customer-centric, have high emotional intelligence and in-depth knowledge of customer service. Your aim will be to achieve targets through offering a best-in-class customer and brand experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Grow store revenue & profitability on a monthly and quarterly basis and achieve store based targets against defined KPIs.
- Manage hiring and training of sales staff; motivate and provide support to team members to ensure KPIs and targets are met.
- Oversee execution of store team’s responsibilities in the areas of marketing, visual merchandising, events and site updates.
- Partner with Vivo Buying team and brand partners to ensure products developed for Vivo meet US customers’ preferences; provide feedback on product performance.
- Oversee financial management and reporting including recording daily sales and tracking of petty cash.
- Deliver a consistently great customer experience, ensuring all customers receive VIP treatment and that a high standard store ambience is maintained.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Fashion & Design, Sales, Marketing, Business Management.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a retail environment, customer facing or sales role.
- At least 2 years of relevant management / supervisory experience in a retail environment, customer facing or sales role.
